A $100 non refundable retainer fee is required to secure your date and time. If you choose to reschedule , get sick, or if there is inclement weather , you can use the $100 retainer fee towards the rescheduled session. Try to give a 48 hours prior notice, if possible. ANY cancellations or no shows forfeit the $100 non refundable retainer fee. ( Just like everyone else, my time is very valuable and any cancelled sessions takes time away from my family and other potential clients I could have booked instead.) The remaining  balance of your session + travel fees (if any) must be paid 24 hours prior to your scheduled photoshoot. If not, we will have to reschedule. A contract must be signed prior to your session. This is so everyone is on the same page. Getting these things out of the way will make your photoshoot less awkward and hassle free, allowing us to focus on the photoshoot with out being distracted by any of the business stuff. =) 

You will receive your final images within two weeks of your photoshoot. They will be delivered through your online client gallery or on a USB. It is VERY important that you  SAVE and BACKUP your images upon receiving them. I recommend you save them on a hard drive AND a USB as backup. I frequently clean up my files and do not keep every shoot saved, so I can’t guarantee that I will have them in the event you loose your images in the future. GLOPIX Photography is not responsible for the storage of images. RAW files will not be provided. Prints are available for purchase on your client gallery.

You will receive proofs of selected photos to choose from on your online client gallery. There you will hand select your favorite photos. I will then edit the photos you selected and return them to you via the client gallery. The number of images you purchase is what you will receive . Photos can be added for an additional fee. Contact me for details. Each gallery is private and password protected so only you can access it, unless you want to share with family and friends. =) You may also choose to purchase prints through the gallery or you can print them yourself using the personal print release that I will provide. 

The client is responsible for paying any additional fees out of the contracted price including but not limited to photography permits, parking, props, and transportation. Please research your location of choice prior to booking to confirm whether a photography permit is needed. Also let’s be mindful of our planet. If you choose to bring props opt for eco friendly options such as biodegradable confetti or flowers.
